At AG Neovo, we are committed to delivering high-quality LCD displays and accessories to our customers. This page outlines our warranty coverage and return policy to ensure you have the best possible experience with our products.


Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

LCD Displays

AG Neovo provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use:

  • LCD Panel: 3 years from the date of initial retail purchase
  • Parts: 3 years from the date of initial retail purchase

AG Neovo will repair or replace defective products or parts at no charge during the warranty period.

Accessories

AG Neovo accessories are covered under a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Conditions

  • The warranty applies only to products distributed by AG Neovo.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include normal wear and tear or damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation.
  • Replacement parts provided under this warranty are covered for 90 days or the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.

3. LCD Display Pixel Policy

Defective pixel inspection must be performed on a black screen. The LCD panel allows a maximum of 3 bright pixels or 3 dark pixels, with the total number of defective pixels not exceeding 3 across the entire display area.

4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products with defaced, modified, or removed serial numbers.
  • Products not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
  • Damage due to accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or natural disasters.
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
  • Shipping damages (customers must file claims with the shipping carrier).
  • Power fluctuations, external factors, or environmental conditions such as excessive dust, humidity, or exposure to static images causing screen burn-in.
  • Surface damages, including scratched or broken panels, cracked circuit boards, or damaged housing/base.

5. Warranty Claim Process

How to Apply for Warranty Service

  1. Submit an RMA Request:
    • Complete the Online RMA Form or contact our service team at service.us@agneovo.com.
    • Provide your product serial number, purchase receipt, and a description of the issue (screenshots if applicable).
  2. Product Evaluation:
    • Our technicians will review your request and may contact you for further details.
  3. Shipping the Product:
    • The customer covers the cost of shipping the product to the AG Neovo service center.
    • AG Neovo will cover return shipping after repairs are completed.

Sales Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Returns with physical damage, missing components, or signs of excessive use may not qualify for a full-credit return or may incur additional deduction.

2. Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received, processed and approved.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer service team at service.us@agneovo.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted, and will not be considered as “Return” and no credit will be issued.
  • Include a copy of your purchase receipt and the RMA number in your return package.
