The Sanxia Tourism Service Center in New Taipei City is located in the historic Sanxia Old Street, a renowned tourist destination featuring heritage sites, local delicacies, and cultural attractions. As a major gathering spot for visitors, the center provides convenient and comprehensive travel information near a century-old well.
One of the key challenges was integrating modern digital signage while preserving the historical charm of the building. The signage had to present engaging content and maintain clear visibility despite fluctuating lighting conditions. Additionally, the display needed to be highly durable to operate over 12 hours daily, 365 days a year.
The Sanxia Tourism Service Center chose AG Neovo’s NSD-5503 4K All-in-One 55-inch digital signage display. This model features high brightness, an anti-glare coating, Anti-Burn-in technology, and a 3H Hard-Coating for scratch resistance, ensuring durability and clarity in any lighting environment.
During the site inspection, the design team from Amei collaborated with the Sanxia Tourism Development Association to discuss equipment specifications, installation locations, and environmental considerations. To counteract lighting interference at the entrance, the NSD-5503 was strategically mounted on the red brick wall under the arcade, preserving the historic building’s aesthetics while integrating modern digital signage.
